Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your Fumino products, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out. Please read the following before initiating a return.
Change of Mind
If you've changed your mind about a purchase, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to let us know. Please contact us at info@fumino.co.uk before sending anything back — we're unable to accept returns that arrive unannounced. Once we've confirmed your return, you'll have a further 14 days to send the item(s) back to our warehouse at the address provided. Items must be unused, in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition. Return postage is at your own cost, and we recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your return, to the original payment method. We will refund the product price and the cost of standard delivery. If you chose an upgraded delivery option, we will only refund the standard delivery cost.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, please get in touch with us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right. In these cases, we will cover the cost of return postage and offer a full refund or replacement. Please include a photo of the issue where possible to help us resolve things quickly.
Items Not Eligible for Return
We're unable to accept returns on products that have been opened, partially used or are no longer in their original condition, unless faulty.
How to Start a Return
Please contact us at info@fumino.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process and provide our warehouse address for posting.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
