Shipping policy

We deliver to all UK addresses, including Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, and the Isle of Man. The same shipping rates and delivery timescales apply across all UK destinations.

We do not currently offer international shipping.

Orders are dispatched within 1 calendar day of being placed, 7 days a week — including weekends and bank holidays.

Please note: UK 1 Day Premium shipping is not available on orders under £19.90. Delivery times are counted from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.

Every order includes tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your delivery in real time. If you haven’t received a tracking email within 2 days of placing your order, please check your spam or junk folder and then get in touch with us.

We pack all orders with care, but incense sticks and cones are delicate by nature. If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive within the expected delivery window, please refer to our Refund Policy for details on how we can help.
